spinach mint soup hippocrates style

Ingredients:
1 cup of fresh cucumber juice
1 cup of chopped spinach
1/3 cup of chopped red onion
1/3 cup of chopped red pepper
1/4 cup of fresh mint
¼ avocado, 1 clove of garlic, 2 cups of water at 40ºC
2 tablespoons of tamari

Preparation:
Put all ingredients in a blender and mix until ready. Serve. Great accompanied with my Raw Seeds Crackers.
Optional – for really cold days – add a little grated ginger or cayenne pepper.

broccoli shitake arame hippocrates style

Ingredients:
1 Bunch (4 stalks) of brocoli chopped in 4 inch pieces
2 Japanese Shitake mushrooms
1. cup Arame soaked
1/4 cup Daikon shredded
1/4 cup Carrot shredded
1/4 cup Braggs or nama shoyu
1/4 c Sesame or ginger dressing

Preparation:
In a medium bowl toss the brocoli, shitake, daikon, carrots and arame.
Add the dressing and Braggs and toss again to mix thoroughly

strawberry smoothie

Ingredients:
2 cups of organic strawberries (approx. 250 g.)
20 g. of goji berries
1 tablespoon of agave or a stevia leaf
4 cups of water

Preparation:
Put all ingredients in a blender and mix. Decorate the glass with a strawberry. Enjoy!
